November 2025 Changes to Integrated Plan

Key changes in a nutshell:

1) Those who took up the Integrated Plan with a rider (previously enjoying a Waiver of Deductible), this benefit will no longer be available to you.

2) Your Co-Payment cap increases from $3,000 to $6,000.

Changes will be notified to you at least 30 days prior to taking effect.
